DELIVERY ROUTE (RE)SCHEDULED

Deadline for Orders to be Received at Bread Beckers: 12/5/01

Where/What Time:

• Powder Springs, GA - Trinity Church - 8 to 9AM
• Douglasville, GA - First Baptist Church - 10 to 11AM
• Villa Rica, GA - Midway Macedonia Baptist Church - 1 to 2PM

Cost: Cost of products, plus a delivery charge not to exceed $0.06/lb., plus sales tax.

Payment: To the greatest extent possible, we would like payment in advance by credit card (we want to make sure that everyone who orders will pick-up their products).  Orders not picked up will be returned to the store/warehouse - the delivery charge will not be refundable.

Ordering: Customers who would like to pick up an order should USE THE WEBSITE SHOPPING CART, FAX or E-MAIL the order no later than Wednesday 12/5/01.  You may order any quantity of any items we carry.  If you have a large order, OR you are ordering for a group, you may qualify to use the discounted prices from the warehouse price list.  Go to www.breadbeckers.com/pricelist.htm  for more details.  PLEASE submit your order in writing, if at all possible, to help us make sure we get your order right!  We can take orders by phone, but due to the high number of calls we get everyday, it may be hard for you to get your order submitted on time!

The Shopping Cart System on the web has been modified so that you can indicate shipping via "Local Delivery".  

1. Select the items you want to purchase from any of the pages on the web site; 
2. When you "View" your shopping cart, scroll to the bottom of your list of items, 
   • "click" in the box to indicate GA sales tax.
   • in the box that says: "PLEASE select your State from the BOX BELOW (Shipping Explained)" scroll down to the last option for "Local Delivery".  Delivery has been set to calculate at 6 cents per pound of shipping weight.
   • For the "Payment Option", please use one of the credit card options.  The "Payment by Check or Money Order" option will require that we receive the check by the order deadline indicated above!
   • If you're done with the order, click on the button at the bottom left that says" Purchase for $...", fill in your shipping and billing information (IMPORTANT: for the box that says "COMPANY", please type in the name of the location where you want to pick up the order: POWDER SPRINGS, DOUGLASVILLE, VILLA RICA, etc.) 
   • PLEASE - provide all information!  If we need to contact you, we will try e-mail first, then phone number.  DO NOT ASSUME we have your info on file from previous orders!
   • Add a COMMENT in the box if you need to, then click on the "PURCHASE" button to go to the next screen where you will complete the credit card info.
   • Complete/correct the info on the "Secure Payment Form", and click the "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT" button at the bottom.  Your encrypted info will be sent to us.
3. We will fill all orders received, in the order they are received.  We will make every attempt to contact customers for out-of-stock items, substitutions, and deletions.  In the event we are out of a product, we will not take back orders.

Delivery: On the day of delivery, customers need to show up during the times indicated.

UPDATE YOUR E-MAIL SUBSCRIPTION

Have you updated your subscriber info?  Many of our subscribers were imported from our previous system, BEFORE we asked for your Special Interests, and demographic info.  While all info we ask for is voluntary, it is very important for you to indicate the following information you'd like to receive from us, on the survey form:

• ANY Bread Becker Information!
• Event Updates: Homeschool Curriculum Fairs, Cooking Classes, Seminars
• New Products/New Prices/Special Offers
• New Recipes

 For example, if we had just "Recipes" to send out, we could send it to those people who checked the boxes for ANY Bread Becker Information! and New Recipes, instead of the entire list.
