COCONUT MILLET PUDDING

  • ¾ C Millet
  • 3 c Milk
  • ½ c Honey
  • 1 c Coconut Flakes
  • 1t salt
  • 1 T Vanilla Extract

Whipped cream to taste.  Add fruit jam preserves to taste.  In large sauce pan heat milk slowly, add millet, honey, coconut, salt, vanilla.  Mix together until well blended.  Pour into oiled 9 x 13 oven dish.  Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours until tender.

Serve hot or chilled.  Add whipped cream and preserves of any kind.
