LENTILS AND BROWN RICE

  • 1 cup Whole Green Lentils
  • ½ cup Brown Rice
  • 3 cups Water (Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth can also be used)
  • 1 Large Onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt

Place all ingredients in a small pressure cooker. Put the lid on and bring pressure up to 2nd red ring. Reduce heat to low and cook for 18 minutes. Release pressure and serve.
