The slight nuttiness of whole wheat flour is a perfect addition to the streusel topping. You'll never miss the white flour of a traditional crisp. 1/2 C. whole wheat flour Preheat oven to 375o Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, oats, 1/2 cup sucanat, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine 1/4 cup sucanat, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, apples, raisins in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with oat mixture. Bake at 375o for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Yield: about 10 servings.
