Oriental Salad

Rice
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar In a sauce pan add enough water to cover rice by several inches and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until tender about 30-40 minutes. Drain rice in colander. In med. bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add rice, bean sprouts, and snow peas tossing to combine well. Makes 6 servings
