Pound Cake

1 lb butter (softened)
3 cups Sucanat® with Honey
5 eggs
4 cups soft wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and Sucanat® with Honey until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix together dry ingredients. Add 1 cup at a time alternating with milk and sour cream until all is added. Add vanilla and lemon extracts. Grease and flour tube or bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not open oven. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
