WHY?

Have you wanted to feed your family healthier and more nutritious meals, but didn't know where to start?

Then this workshop is for you!

"And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life; he that cometh to me shall never hunger and he that believeth on me shall never thirst." John 6:35.

As Jesus is the very beginning and source of our spiritual life we believe that bread -- real bread -- should be the foundation of sustaining our physical lives.

The Beckers don't claim to be experts, but after years of using only fresh ground whole wheat for baking, God has put a desire on their hearts to share with others a healthier and more practical way of eating. Their own testimonies, as well as the testimonies of others, of the health benefits seen after adding "Real Bread" to their diets, led Sue to study why the benefits were so noticeable. Mixing Biblical truths with nutritional and scientific facts, Sue's Friday night presentation will be both enlightening as well as encouraging. Couples are particularly urged to attend the Friday night session together.

HOW?

Many of the foods we eat for convenience are literally making us sick because they are devoid of the fiber and nutrients that are essential to our health. Yet, vital life-giving whole foods are available to you. It is the Beckers' intent to make these healthier food options known to you.

Sue's simple and time efficient recipes let you be creative without getting complicated and your family can enjoy the wholesome goodness of fresh ground grains in a variety of ways.

Saturday morning will begin with breakfast and move immediately into a thorough cooking demonstration.

The cooking demonstration will include milling wheat, making a variety of breads, rolls and muffins, granola, grits, pressure cooking, tortillas, smoothies and more!

The class will be fun as well as informative as Sue and Brad share their convictions, ideas, recipes, and last but not least their food.
