Norpro Apple Master RED  with Vacuum Base and Optional Clamp


Peel, slice, core; everything you'll need to prepare apples for serving or cooking in one machine. Norpro's Apple-master feature a rust free, tool grade cast aluminum frame known for strength and durability. Comes with Vacuum base and clamp for rough surfaces.  Recipes and instructions included.  Durable plastic handle won't stain or retain odors like wooden handles.  The shaft is carbon steel with chrome plating and is engineered to provide more efficient, faster slicing that results in a more uniform slice.  The 3 prong fork is made of nickel plated carbon steel.  The deluxe loop blade is made of stainless steel, and is easy to adjust by simply loosening a wing nut to change the peel thickness.  The coring blade is constructed of stainless steel and features sharp-honed edges for faster slicing and easier release of apple core.  For the pare-only function, just unscrew a wing-nut remove the coring/slicing blade.
