Bread Baking at Home

Get a new Bread Becker appliance for Christmas and don’t know how to use it? New to bread making and need help? Or, just want a good crash course on baking at home? Join Abby for this version of Bread Making 101 that highlights using the essential ingredients and machines. This class will be divided into three 50 minute segments. You can attend all three or just the segments you want (this does not affect registration cost).

The segments are:

10:00-10:50 – Using the Wondermill or NutriMill, knowing your grains, bread baking basics

11:00-11:50 – Using the Ankarsrum mixer to make dough and basic attachment overview

12:00-1:00 – Using the Zojirushi Bread Machine (programing, bread recipes, and other uses)

(This class will only cover these specific machines).
