In this informative and encouraging presentation, Sue will do a short demonstration on flour milling and make both muffins and yeast bread for you to enjoy at the end of the class. Her lecture presentation will cover the nutritional profile of whole grains, the affects of commercial processing, and the relationship of whole grains to good health.
