Remarks: The reason I bought the Family Grain Mill for our Kitchen Aid some years ago is it can be set to produce a grain texture much more coarse than flour. I leave it on the coarsest settings to make wonderful cream of rice, cream of wheat, cream of anything!! This device allows me to produce a healthy fast breakfast with no clean-up but the cooking pan, bowl and spoon.
