This class is for anyone who wants to get started grinding their own wheat and making their own bread products. Beginner’s Guide is shorter than our regular “Getting Started” class – we will concentrate specifically on making bread and rolls, easy quick breads that don’t require yeast or rise time, and help you get a handle on when to use which grain. We will cover the ingredients, equipment, and procedures so you can leave ready to begin cooking with whole grains at home.
