Come join Sherri Silva, a long time Bread Beckers’ employee and customer, as she takes you into the world of canning beyond the basics of jams and jellies. She will teach the proper canning procedures for both water bath and pressure canning and will demonstrate canning fruit, vegetables and even meat.
Sherri will show you how to take your garden goodies and turn them into beautiful, healthy, preserved foods.
