Ashley and Melanie will introduce you to our new Clean Simple Eats (CSE) meal program that they have been using for several months now with great success. CSE is a “macro-based” meal plan, meaning every recipe has the perfect balance of proteins, fats and carbs to achieve optimum results and weight management. NO food group is excluded. The CSE program is complete with a meal planning guide, weekly shopping list, meal preparation tips and of course seasonal recipe books full of delicious real food recipes.
Ashley and Melanie will share some of their favorite breakfast, dinner and snack recipes. So, you can taste for yourself! Bring a friend and be inspired to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
