Don’t think pressure cooking is just for winter time cooking of soups, stews and dry beans. Sue will show you how to beat the heat, with fast and easy meals that are perfect for busy or “back to school” schedules. The short, stovetop cooking times of pressure cooking keep the heat down in the kitchen and put delicious meals on the table that everyone will love.
Come enjoy meat loaf and mashed potatoes, braised BBQ chicken with garlic green beans and potato salad, skillet lasagna and pasta alfredo, Cuban black beans and rice and more – all prepared, using pressure cookers, right in class for you to sample.
Oh – and don’t forget the cheesecake! Come hungry!
