Heat doesn’t have to be overpowering. In this class Ashley and Sue will show you how to add just the right amount of spice for elevated flavor without setting your tongue on fire! In each one of these recipes, you’ll find the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and salty that are vibrant in both flavor and color!
These great springtime recipes will include Hatch Chile Burgers with Red Pepper Jam and Caramelized Onions, Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Chili Chickpea and Kale Salad, Creamy Chipotle Cauliflower, and last but not least Hatch Chili Brownies with a Cream Cheese Drizzle.
