Desserts demonstrated in this class include Pecan-crusted Cheesecake, Vanilla Layer Cake, Almond Joy Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Mousse, along with accompanying frosting, sauces, and Almost-instant Ice Cream.
Master the method for these great desserts, and learn how easy it is to prepare new flavor variations the next time you make it. (Of course, these recipes will use freshly milled flour and will not contain any refined white sugar.)
