We are so excited to introduce you to Bernadette Quartemont. Born and raised on a family farm in Germany, she is has spent most of her life in a health oriented environment. In 2006, she graduated with excellence in front of a Medical Board in Cologne Germany where she was awarded her professional accreditation as “Complementary and Alternative Natural Medicine Practitioner”. As a mother of 4 children she understands the struggles of maintaining personal health as well raising healthy children.
Understanding the role of a healthy gut environment, she mastered the art of making Kombucha, kefir, and fermented veggies. Her passion is to share these simple techniques with others, as well as, show you creative ideas to incorporate these delicious foods into your diet.
Bernadette will have starter cultures available for sale at the class (cash or checks only, payable to Bernadette)
