Along with real food and real bread, gut health is dependent on the friendly organisms that live within our digestive system. Feeding and replenishing this “army” within us is key to good health. Sue will introduce you to the world of fermented foods and show you how easy these foods are to make and how delicious to eat. Demonstration will include kefir, yogurt and fermented vegetables.
