Ever wished gluten-free baked goods could still be moist and fresh tasting for more than a day?
Part of our mission is teaching folks the benefits of freshly milled whole grains, and gluten-free grains and seeds are highly nutritious raw materials for fantastic baking in your own home.
In this class you’ll learn to use freshly milled brown rice, sorghum, buckwheat, amaranth, etc., to make Delicious Multigrain Bread, Italian Potato Bread, Brown and Serve Rolls, Hamburger Buns, Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins and more. (Most recipes are also dairy-free).
