With plenty of cold days still ahead we thought we would repeat the soup class from January. The recipes were just too good to share only once. So, if you missed it now is your chance to come and enjoy some new and some traditional soups to add to your family favorites. We will be serving our favorite Chili on top of Jalapeno Jack Corn Waffles, a Thai Chicken and Mushroom Soup, a Cauliflower and Leek Chowder, and a traditional Mediterranean twist on chicken soup using the grain of the month, a Lemon Chicken and Barley Soup served with freshly made spelt pita bread and Tzatziki. Yum!!
