Dating back to the ancient Egyptians, sourdough starters were the only means of leavening what we now call yeast breads. The complex flavors contributed by both yeast and bacteria that form a sourdough starter make the finished loaf delicious beyond compare.
Join Sue as she introduces you to the world of sourdough bread making and hopefully dispels any fear and intimidation associated with the idea of making your own sourdough starter, bread, pancakes, and biscuits.
