“Two Ways” Summertime Cooking with Olivelle and Ashley

Join Ashley McCord as she introduces you to our new line of infused extra virgin olive oils and infused balsamic vinegar by Olivelle. Oils and vinegar can be used for much more than just salad dressing.
In this class Ashley will not only teach you the basics of using infused olive oils and vinegars but also show you “two ways” of preparing and serving the same recipe.
You will get to enjoy Lemon Marinated Chicken “two ways” as a quick pasta salad or a delicious mixed green salad, sweet potato fries “two ways” with a Roasted Coffee Rub or Sweet Smoked Chili Rub both served with a Balsamic Aioli Sauce for dipping and Ciabatta Bread “two ways” as a Rosemary Herb Toast or Caramelized Garlic Mozzarella Crostini. Last but not least, top the evening off with a Spiced Italian Cream over Mixed Summer Berries for dessert. You will go home with wonderful recipes to share with your friends and family.
