{"id":438,"date":"2009-07-18T10:54:17","date_gmt":"2009-07-18T14:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.breadbeckers.com\/blog\/?p=438"},"modified":"2015-08-01T14:00:04","modified_gmt":"2015-08-01T18:00:04","slug":"zojirushi-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.breadbeckers.com\/blog\/zojirushi-bread\/","title":{"rendered":"Zojirushi Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We sell the Zojirushi Home Bakery (available in our store), so we get a lot of questions about a whole wheat recipe that will work &#8211; THIS ONE WILL!<!--more-->\u00a0 Sue and Ashley both use this recipe in the Zoji, and it always works.<\/p>\n<p>Place in order in the pan to the bread machine, making sure the paddles are in place:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd cups hot water<br \/>\n\u00bd cup oil ( 1\/3 cup if use egg)<br \/>\n\u00bc cup honey<br \/>\n4 \u00bd cups fresh milled flour<br \/>\n2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n2 Tbs. Lecithin<br \/>\n1 tsp. gluten (optional)<br \/>\n1 egg (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Make a small well in the middle of the flour and place:<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbs.
