Testimonial

"Love, love, love the online videos. I watched the Bread making 101 video and the Busy Moms video, ordered my supplies and felt I knew exactly what do when everything came. I followed the tips from the videos and in my very first milling and baking session I made a loaf of bread, blueberry muffins and cinnamon rolls in no time!"

Late fall and winter is a time of holidays and entertaining. Be sure to include hot mulled wine or cider in your cold-weather festivities. Whether served in front of a roaring fire or out of a thermos on a ski-slope, a steamy cup of cider will always be appreciated!

Tantalizing aroma therapy is an added bonus when experiencing this wonderful blend of whole allspice, cloves, cinnamon chips, and orange peel. Simmer a small amount of A Special Season mix in water as you would a potpourri. Your home will have that wonderful holiday smell.

A Special Season Seasoning Recipes

Hot Mulled Cider
½ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 Quarts Cider
1 Tps. A SPECIAL SEASON

Combine brown sugar, salt and cider. Fill a tea infuser full of spices and add to the cider. Slowly bring to boiling, simmer covered for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in microwave a cup at a time as needed.

Note: Burgundy wine or other juices may be used.

Note: A party percolator works well for doubling or tripling recipe. Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag.

Note: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
