Remarks: This is my first Zojirushi. My last machine died & I got tired of replacing them every few years. So far, I like it very much. The bread rises well & tastes good. In addition, this machine is quiet and doesn't dance around the kitchen counter, like the others. Also, the 2 paddles stir the bread well and only leave small holes in the loaf- much better than one big hole, from a single-paddle machine. My only complaint is that I really can't make a small loaf (my 2-cup-of-flour recipe). A 3-cup loaf is the smallest that works well. Overall, it is a good machine, and a purchase I do not regret.
