"Best Yeast on the market"

Remarks: I have tried several types of yeast and this one is by far the best. All of the yeasts that you can buy in typical super markets are not actually active since they have sat on the shelf so long. This yeast is vacuum sealed, which keeps the yeast alive and active. It is the only yeast I can find that consistently produces light fluffy bread for me. Thanks for selling this product!

Remarks: I like that it comes in a hard brick which keeps forever until opened. At that point I keep it in a plastic container in the freezer.
