Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, following the guidelines below. Note that product cartons we ship to you may be opened before shipping for inspection or to include product tip sheets or other smaller items you may have ordered. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty procedure must be followed. We do not accept food items for return, unless there is a problem that originated during shipment or at our location. We do not take returns based on “buyer’s remorse”.
Please call 770-516-5000 for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning an item. Products damaged by customer’s mis-use are not eligible for refund. Repack the item in the original packaging, and include your RA number. We recommend that you ship by a traceable and insured method (UPS, FEDEX, USPS with tracking). Our address is:

Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment, or store credit or gift certificate if requested. For cancelled orders paid by check or by money order funds must clear the bank before a refund can be processed.
