Allergy Free Fall Baking
Sue will cover tips for allergy free baking using alternative grains, including gluten free and dairy free. She will thoroughly discuss the use of products such as potato starch, xantham gum, tapioca flour and more. Sue will demonstrate a variety of gluten free and/or dairy free recipes. Sampling will include a delicious Gluten Free Zucchini Bread, Gluten Free Rosemary Herb Bread, and yummy Oatmeal Cookies and more.
