Remarks: Did research on bread makers and decided on the Zojirushi Virtuoso Plus. Glad I spent the extra $. I never wanted to poof dough, etc & this is a dream so easy & you can program machine to have no fail bread. Just love it. Wish I knew about Bread Beckers yeas ago. But, now I can mill & make healthy bread for years to come.

Remarks: We purchased this machine after 10 years of making bread with mixer and loaf pans for convenience and able to have fresh bread daily. I set up the homemade settings exactly as written in the bread Becker’s cookbook. It turned out amazing and much softer and moister than any of our bread had previously. It was very easy to set up and has worked perfectly every time. I look forward to trying other recipes and highly recommend this machine.
