We start with our best organic maple syrup and age it in recently emptied Bourbon barrels. The syrup draws in the essence of the Bourbon, resulting in one of our most popular varieties to date. Like premium whiskeys, the process takes time, and careful tending. But the result is a sophisticated duo that will become a new classic.

Tasting Notes:  Spirit forward, the sweet bourbon balances the maple, layered with caramel and honeyed vanilla notes. Light oak and maple finish.

Ingredients:  Organic Maple Syrup Aged in Bourbon Barrels

Sourcing:  We source premium authentic bourbon whiskey barrels from Kentucky distillers. The newly emptied spirit barrels are filled with our pure maple syrup and left to age to perfection.

All of our maple syrup is sourced and boiled from sap to syrup right here in Vermont.
