Butcher's Spice Blend 5.29 oz (150g)

Grind or brine with Olivelle’s Butcher’s Blend Essentials. This seasoning salt combines coarse cut salt and peppercorns with aromatic garlic and herbs to provide an essential seasoning for any cook. Leave course and generously season meat and veggies or dissolve with water to create a brine. Add to a grinder to intensify the pungent flavors of pepper and garlic and delicate herbs to season eggs, salads, veggies, potatoes, or pasta.

Ingredients: Kosher Flake Sea Salt, Tellecherry Pepperconrs, Minced Garlic, Celery, Black Garlic.
