Elderberry Lemon Ginger Tea - 1oz. Bag

A strengthening blend of Elderberries, Echinacea, Rosehips, Lemon Balm, Ginger, and Lemon.

Add 1/2 to 1 Tbsp to 10-12 ounces of water.  Simmer on low for 2 to 3 minutes with lid on to maintain beneficial volatile oils.  Remove from heat, and allow to steep an additional 5 minutes.  Strain and enjoy!
