Remarks: I had a friend pick this Gallberry Honey when she went for a class. I read about the Gallberry/Inkberry plant and it's amazing medicinal properties and knew I needed it for making my elixirs. I always thought I was not a honey person. Turns out I am just a honey snob! The taste is amazing! There is no bitter aftertaste to hit the back of your throat. It's a very smooth taste, not too sweet.
