Indonesian vanilla beans are woody and smoky. They arrive in bundles and look long and skinny, but they pack great flavor. We pair these Grade A beans with our Ginger Spirits - a spicy brew on top of gorgeous beans from Indonesia. It's a magical combination. Great in cocktails, mixed into vinaigrette, and in our shortbread cookies.
