Marcato's Marga Grain Flake Maker makes cereal flakes at home for the freshest flavor and nutritional value. Easily process 6-different textures, from 0 to 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 for medium to coarse cereal flakes. Transform oats, barley, rye, wheat, spelt, kamut, rice, buckwheat and other types of grains into fresh cereal flakes in just minutes.

The adjustment dial easily controls the grind thickness for a consistent texture, cook time and taste.  A lower slide allows clear view of the product while it's grinding. The metal hopper attaches with magnets for easier assembly and removal for a thorough cleaning.

The Marga Grain Flake Maker is equipped to attach a Pasta Drive motor (sold separately).

Made in Italy from chrome-plated steel with anodized aluminum rollers that outlast thousands of hours of use without damage or releasing friction particles for food safety.

Wipes clean with a dry brush or cloth after each use. Includes the Marcato Marga Mill, hand crank, clamp, complete instructions and 10-year manufacturers warranty
