Meat and Food Mincer COMPLETE for the Ankarsrum/Verona/DLX/Electrolux Assistent

Includes:

  • 3 different sausage horns: small, medium and large
  • Grinding disc with 4.5mm holes
  • Additional discs with holes sizes: 2.5mm, 6mm, 8mm
  • Nut Grater

The Meat Mincer Complete features aluminum mincer housing and auger, stainless steel grinding discs in four sizes, 2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6.0mm and 8.0mm, ideal for fine to course grinding; Small (10mm), medium (20mm) and large (25mm) sausage horns. Nut grater attachment for grinding fresh almond flour; Strainer attachment for processing berries, apples and tomatoes into seedless sauces; and comes with a 1 year warranty on all parts.

All metal pieces are NOT dishwasher safe and should be washed in warm soapy water and towel dried by hand. Grinding discs and knife should be rubbed with oil once they are clean.
