Plus they’re reversible—one side is flat and the other is scalloped to give those biscuits, scones or tarts the delicate, fluted edge they deserve. The set of five stainless steel cutters come in 1 in/25.4 mm; 1.5 in/38 mm; 2 in/50.8 mm; 2.5 in/63.5 mm; and 3 in/76 mm sizes.
