Testimonial

"I've sent a couple emails over the last couple weeks asking questions and you all have been so wonderful in answering them for me. I am on a journey to understand what good nutrition is and your online classes have helped me. I am also about to finish What the Bible Says About Healthy Living. I just read Sue's article The Facts About Fats. It was very good, also very technical, I had my husband read it with me to help me understand it better. It really does help confirm that God has a design and plan for everything."

Pasta Rocks  7.76 oz (220g)

The perfect solution to salting pasta water! Many people don't realize how important properly salted water is to their finished dish and this takes the guesswork out of that task, plus you get the naturally occurring trace minerals.

This salt is found deep within the Himalayan Mountains from ancient seas and is naturally harvested. The pink color is the naturally occurring trace minerals.

How to use: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 pasta rock. Allow to cook for another 2 minutes then remove the rock and set aside for future uses (about 2-4 per jar). Now add pasta and cook according to package instructions.

Also great for cooking rice, poaching eggs, boiling potatoes or blanching vegetables.
