Remarks: If you are teetering on whether or not to buy the 16-bean containers, then try them out. I am now about to order to more containers. We have been ordering these beans for about two years now and will continue to do so. The beans are very colorful, healthy-looking, dry beans that taste very good. Priced by pound, it is cheaper to buy the 6-gal container. Dont believe me? Go to local grocer and see how much they charge for their 16-bean bag of 2-cups and you'll see its better bargain to buy in large container.

Remarks: I actually store food on a yearly basis and decided in 2010 to purchase some of the 16-bean soup in 6-gal containers. Today I opened one of the containers and could not believe how beautiful these beans look. We cooked some and threw in some good, spicey Italian sausage among other herbs and WOW! Good beans. Cook them the way you want. They look and taste good.
