Have you already attended our Getting Started Class? Have you been making your own bread, muffins and pancakes for a while? Do you want to learn how to make healthier versions of all those white flour, white sugar and brown sugar recipes your family has been missing? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this class is for you. Ashley will teach you how to use Soft Wheat, Sucanat and Honey Granules in place of white flour, white sugar and brown sugar. She will also show you how to tackle those harder recipes like Tortillas, French Bread / Baguettes, Southern Biscuits and of course Pound Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Ashley will be demonstrating the WonderMill Grain Mill, Zojirushi Bread Machine, Ankarsrum Stand Mixer, Cuicina Pro Flat Bread Maker and products from Emile Henry.
