Remarks: Everyone baking/cooking with whole grains should own this recipe book. It contains simple, valuable, and easy to understand information for baking with whole grains. This recipe book shows you how to bake with whole grains WITHOUT adding white flour to your recipe. I take the binding off the book, put each page in a plastic page protecter sheet, and put the covered pages in a 3-ring binder.

Remarks: I have searched for about 3 years for the "perfect" bread recipe using fresh ground wheat that my family would all eat, and enjoy. I was also looking for a bread loaf that would keep its taste after a day or once frozen. This recipe book contains that and many more bread recipes.
