Remarks: This is a great resource to get started on the bread-making journey/milling your own grains. It is easy to understand and very informative. I recently purchased most of the equipment and grains to get started in the store, so this resource is great for this beginner.

Remarks: First we read the intro and both my husband and I cried. I cried over the damage I've seen done to bodies and the medications poured into children due to malnutrition disguised by behavior. I also cried over the beauty of the picture of Jesus Christ as a kernel of wheat (John 12:24)

Remarks: This is a small recipe book, but it’s packed with all the basics I need, from yeast breads to muffins to pie and pizza crusts. I love the granola recipe - easy and delicious. I make the waffle recipe every Saturday we eat waffles for breakfast and then freeze the rest for quick toaster waffles during the week. I can’t say enough good things about this little recipe book!

Remarks: This cookbook has shown me a healthier way to eat, to have a better life! I love using sucanat & honey instead of bleached sugar & olive oil instead of an unhealthy oil! Thank you for the effort you put into this cookbook. I also ordered one for my daughter & one for my sister!

Remarks: Everyone baking/cooking with whole grains should own this recipe book. It contains simple, valuable, and easy to understand information for baking with whole grains. This recipe book shows you how to bake with whole grains WITHOUT adding white flour to your recipe. I take the binding off the book, put each page in a plastic page protecter sheet, and put the covered pages in a 3-ring binder.
