1 medium head cabbage 1 cup oil
1 medium onion 1 cup vinegar
1 medium bell pepper 1 Tbs. salt
3/4 cup mild honey
Grate cabbage, onion, and bell pepper with a food processor. Pour honey over mixture and set aside. Bring to boil vinegar, oil, and salt. Pour over cabbage and honey mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate. Keeps for 3 weeks.
