Sue will share several fast and easy to prepare summer meal ideas. This will be a casual, interactive class including dinner.
The menu includes:
- Meatballs with Wine Jelly Chili Sauce
- Arugala Salad with Strawberries and light Lemon Balsamic Dressing
- Smoked Chicken with Spinach and Mushroom Pasta Alfredo, and
- Summer Fruit Cobbler with real whipped cream
