Beck’s Chocolate Chip Muffins

 

These are the muffins you can taste most mornings in the store! Just a slight modification of our Basic Muffin recipe.

2 1/4 cups freshly milled flour (half soft white wheat and half hard white wheat)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup Sucanat w/Honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 cup oil

Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add liquids and mix just until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350F for 15 min.
