A delicious, truly nourishing energy shake that will get you through the day. Raw maca, cacao, and lucuma are raw, whole, super foods that work synergistically to nourish and support the entire body. Coconut butter makes it rich and creamy and gives you the extra fatty acids you need in the summer time. Peppermint oil makes it cooling and devine!
1 – 1 ½ cups of milk, of your choice
2-3 cubes ice
1 heaping Tablespoon maca powder
1-2 Tablespoons cacao powder
1 Tablespoon lucuma powder
1 Tablespoon coconut butter
a squeeze of honey to taste
1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil or ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
Blend and enjoy. I use my Tribest Personal Blender. Just rinse the blade and go and drink the shake right from the cup!
